截止2019年10月17日，新建商品房批准预售 17719套，批准预售面积199.33 万平方米，1-9月的供应量同比增长  52.47  %；其中，新建商品住房批准预售  10622  套，批准预售面积 136.26 万平方米，同比上涨 54.12 %。9月份，新建商品住房批准预售  2414  套，批准预售面积 30.81 万平方米，环比上涨  486.86  %，同比上涨 139.95 %。

房地产开发用地供应30宗，总面积94.523 公顷，同比增长9.76 %；其中，住宅用地供应24 宗，总面积  78..8278 公顷，同比增长 65.06 %（去年同期供应房地产用地36宗，面积47.7566公顷）。
